Returns Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your scooter or bike.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All products must be returned in their original packaging. Returns without original packaging will incur a $200 repackaging fee.

Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns: You are responsible for the return shipping cost, which will vary by carrier.
  • Our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item): We will cover the return shipping fee.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at rooder@ronzlla.com to request a return.
  2. If your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions.
    ⚠️ Important: Do not send any items back before receiving approval and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Refurbished products (see details below).
  • Items returned for the following reasons:
    • Inability to register the bike/scooter.
    • Requirement of a driver’s license.
    • Local legality restrictions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there is any damage, defect, or error, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
For the quickest exchange, please return the original item. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days. Note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us.

Gifts with Purchase
If you return your main purchase, any free gift must also be returned or its value will be deducted from your refund.

Parts & Accessories
Once replacement parts or accessories have been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded—including for reasons such as ordering the wrong part or no longer needing it.

Refurbished Products
Refurbished items are sold at a discounted price and are final sale. They are not covered by warranty, after-sales service, or our return policy. Any required repairs or parts after purchase are the buyer’s responsibility. By purchasing a refurbished product, you agree to these terms.

Order Cancellation

  • If canceled after we process your order but before shipment: a 7% handling fee applies.
  • If canceled after the item has shipped: your refund will be deducted for a 7% handling fee + round-trip shipping costs.
    Cancellation time is based on when we receive your request during our business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT+8).
