This includes: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, but excludes Malta, Cyprus, and the non-mainland islands of EU member states.

In-stock orders are generally shipped within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–9 business days. ( We CAN NOT ship to PO BOXES.) 

In rare cases where an order cannot be shipped within 5 business days, we will notify you promptly.

We offer a 14-day return window, allowing you to request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

All scooters/bikes come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for the original owner, covering manufacturing defects. 

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, water exposure, or misuse.
